Since November 2019, we are serving our Chinese partners directly through our subsidiary HALA Contec (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. This enables us to provide our customers in the fast-growing Chinese market even faster with tailor-made solutions for thermal management, services and technical consulting – and this with a locally based team and thus in the language familiar to our partners. Our IATF certification guarantees the high quality of our products and services.
Thanks to the new location in Suzhou, some 80 kilometers northwest of the trading capital of Shanghai, local customers receive their orders directly from there. Time-consuming transports and customs clearance formalities are no longer necessary, which increases efficiency. Another advantage: The close contact with our headquarters in Germany ensures smooth communication, which above all serves the efficiency of global projects. All business transactions are in RMB.
In the future, we will also offer local plotting services, which will enable us to supply our partners quickly. Various technical services local technical services and consultancy in thermal management by our sales and project engineers complete our offer.
The choice of the location in Suzhou is not only due to its nearness to Shanghai.
